You can quickly get the hang of it with the “Pro” ceiling hook. A freely rotatable ring nut with a diameter of 30 mm is located in the middle of the stable fastening cross with a length of 210 mm. You can simply clip your punching bag into it and get started right away. The mobility of the nut prevents the chain suspension from turning in and thus ensures trouble-free punching bag training. The “Pro” ceiling hook is completely galvanized and has 4 fixing points. The load capacity is an incredible 200 kg so that the “Pro” is also suitable for professional use.
