Holiday Notice
From July 31 through August 16, our inventory management team is on holiday. During this period, we are unable to ship any orders.
From August 10 through August 24, our Sales Department is on holiday and will not be available. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery time of orders can take 7 to 9 business days.
We process the orders as soon as possible.
For clubs only: Orders with real urgency can be accommodated.
Simply place your order through the webshop and send your order confirmation, including the required delivery date and any other info to [email protected]
For urgent requests, we can coordinate directly with the Budoland HQ in Germany. The fastest available delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on product availability.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
The shipping costs for standard packages are €11.45 incl. VAT.
Special items such as tatami mats, punching bags and other heavy equipment can be ordered through the webshop.
However, it is preferred that these items are ordered via email at [email protected]
Please note that additional delivery costs will apply, as these items require special shipping arrangements. Due to the weight and size of these items, shipping costs may vary.
At TOP TEN we strive to prevent manufacturing defects, but if there is a problem, we will gladly resolve it. Customers can return the product, together with a description of the complaint, to TOP TEN Nederland. We will then assess whether the complaint is justified. If this is the case, we will send a new copy.
We have a 9-month warranty on all our products. In the event of a clear manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we will refund or repair the product in accordance with EU legislation. Damage due to intensive use or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
