Go up to the ceiling with us and get the stable ceiling hook made of matt lacquered steel. The suspension can easily be installed on a sturdy top via the perforated plate with a 2-point hole pattern. Pay particular attention to the requirements of your subsoil because this is the only way that the black ceiling hook can securely hold the maximum load of 35 kg. A punching bag spring (not included) can be attached to the steel ring to reduce the transfer of energy to the punching bag and the like. The ceiling hook is also suitable for attaching double-ended balls, boxing balls, or speedballs.
